I had PRK 25 years ago. I have ghosting in both eyes. With current technologies, are there options?

59 year old male. I had PRK 25 years ago. I have ghosting in both eyes. The left eye is much worse. Wearing RGPs eliminates the issue, but when I wear glasses it is a problem. With current technologies, are there options?

i had my own LASIK 20 years ago, when you and i did it WaveFront hadn't come out yet, so i also have ghosting at night, i am going to get a HD LASEK to fix it
so you 1st need a PreVue lens so you can see how you would see afterwards, then do a HD WaveFront LASEK on the prior LASIK flap + MMC, do NOT let anyone try to lift up the old flap, it is too old and scarred down to do that, do NOT let anyone try to cut a 2nd flap, that was how we used to enhance 10 years ago, i wrote an article that LASEK over LASIK is safer, now almost all cornea/refractive subspecialists are doing that (unfortunately many general eye MDs are not yet)
