Will MSE help with widening the face and making cheekbones more noticeable? (Photos)

Question about Maxillary Skeletal Expander (MSE). I want mse palate expander for aesthetic reasons. I've always wanted a wider smile/palate and prominent cheekbones will MSE help with widening the face and making cheekbones more noticeable? I'm currently using Invisalign for 9 months now with no changes in facial features. My face always look bloated even though I'm 125lbs, 5'7 especially on the sides of mouth and just really chubby no matter if i exercise or not could that that due to my narrow palate or tmj?
