Nose changes over the past 3 years an I am only 24 years old. Thyroid?

Can a thyroid condition cause your nose to grow long at the tip? I have noticed significant changes over the past 3 years and I am only 24 years old. I have a button nose and the tip is becoming a lot pointier and long.

Hi. It would be uncommon for an under or over active thyroid problem to cause any problems with nasal growth. You should see an Australian trained plastic surgeon for an opinion regarding rhinoplasty if you are unhappy.
