I have a cleft chin. I was wondering what permanent solution would be best to get rid of it and also the cost of it. (photos)

Cleft chin

generally the cleft/ depression can be the result of a muscle/ soft tissue division in the mentalis; and / or a depression in the bone itself. At surgery both can be improved.  The surgeon will manage both issues if present but do not expect 100% smooth contour but a very positive change.
