I did Lasik 3 months ago, but why no correction in left eye?

Hi everyone I did Laisk op, not PRK, Femtolasik nor SMILE. My doctor told me that my cornea is thick enough 577nm, and it good for Laisk, I am a doctor so I know the procedure well, the op. was done and every thing was good. But the vision was not good By examination it Lt SPH -3.5 CYL - 1.25 AXIS 15 Rt SPH -3.25 CYL -1.25 AXIS 0 Before was RT -3.25 LT -3.5 no asigmatisim As i remember After 7 weeks post op. He told me about enhancement surgery So why did the op failed?!!
