I can't move my eyeball up or down - is this curable?

i recently met with an accident and suffered multiple injuries including Traumatic brain injury, diffuse axonal injury. . i had tosis of the left eye earlier but now the eye is completely open with a slight squint. However he is able to focus straight moving both my eye ball to normal position but i cant move my eyeball up or down?is this curable??? thanks joseph
