Thick crusting at 2 weeks
It is best to go back to your doctor for a recheck. Your doctor may be able to help you remove the extensive scabs.

That looks like your transplant is caked over. At Arocha Hair Transplant and Restoration we instruct our patients to come in the next day for close exam, hair shampoo and repeat post-transplant care instructions. This is important to maximize results. At this point I would recommend that you apply a good lubricant like vitamin E oil 1-2 hrs before shampooing. Gently shampoo the area with your finger tips. The caked in scabs should quickly start to loosen and come off soon within the next few days.
