Since you are so early in the post operative phase, any post operative questions should be directed toward the physician who performed the surgery.  In most situation, it is not detrimental to have oily skin after surgery. You may want to review with your physician how to take care of the grafts and the transplanted areas as you don't want to dislodge any of the work performed.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.

3 days post op

please be sure to follow your hair transplant surgeon's recommendations for post op care, including washing of the scalp. The scalp naturally produces oil, so this is normal to have a little bit of oily scalp after a procedure. If you are concerned, check with the surgeon who performed your procedure.

Oily scalp 3 days after hair transplant

Having an oily scalp 3 days after hair transplant should not be a problem. Use regular shampoo regularly to keep the oils down
