Follow-up Question: Products used during electrolysis (Photo)

I posted a question prior to this question and I was advised to use hydroquinone 4%, retinoic acid 0.05%, and fluocinolone 0.1% for my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I'm a female with high testosterone and I am currently doing electrolysis. Wouldn't the retinoic acid cause more issue for my skin during treatment? Laser stimulated most of the hair growth I have now ;(
