How do I get rid of subcutaneous scar tissue after total knee replacement?

I had tkr in both knees 7 weeks ago. When I get up in the morning my left knee is very sore and stiff. I can work it to get to 125 of flexion but it takes about 15 minutes and is mildly painful. My other knee is at 130 degrees of flexion with no pain all the time

Scarring and scar tissue requires a combination approach and sometimes that means surgical removal, lasers and microneedling. I suggest you see an expert in scar treatment for optimal results. Best, Dr. Emer
