How will Subnovii Plasma pen treatment affect skin that has previous Botox and Filler? Should it be dissolved beforehand?

Will Subnovii plasma treatment have any effect on previously injected botox / filler? Would it be best to wait until that has dissolved before starting this treatment? Hoping to target some minor laxity in the cheek area.
