Do I Have Polly Beack Problem? (photo)

I had nose surgery then a revision but now my nose seems to look even worst then before. do i have a Polly beak problem can it be corrected by fillers injection i don't want to have plastic surgery again

You do appear to have some fullness above an inadequately projected tip which is consistent with a pollybeak deformity. However, I will not make that diagnosis without a picture of your profile. I would not correct that problem with fillers and despite your preferences recommend a revision.
