Hi burgendygirl, Microblading is fine for diabetics for as long as the blood sugar is under control. It is not an absolute contraindication although you may heal more slowly. Thank you for your question.A scar on the eyebrow should not be a concern. The pigment is applied a bit differently then the unscarred area. The pigment may not take as crisp as the other hair strokes but your artist should be able to camouflage the area to blend the brows.Hope this helps!
