I had microblading. One side is higher than the other. Can it be tweaked without adding thickness? Left arch higher (Photo)

I have seen a lot of questions of nightmares for microblading! I got mine done one eyebrow is higher than the other one, when i told my artist when she mapped them she said she measured them and they were exactly the same, well it turns out they are not! the left arch is way higher than the right arch, it seem she placed them incorrectly. I kept asking her about this and she said at touch up she can tweak them. I ask you how can she tweak them without adding thickness to the brows?
