Will a Physical Sunscreen Work on Top of a Moisturizer or Makeup?

My sunscreen is titanium dioxide/zinc oxide based and I often reapply it throughout the day on top of my makeup in order to maintain protection. Is this effective at blocking uva/uvb rays, unlike doing so with chemical sunscreens (which to my understanding need to be applied directly to dry clean skin in order to work)?

  Most anesthesiologists I have talked to swear that general anesthesia is just as safe as local with IV sedation nowadays.  Certainly, the procedure will be more comfortable with some sedation than with local anesthesia only.

In general use of Mohs results in smaller wounds than produced by non-Mohs techniques.  Certain cancers require large resections.  See examples in the link below

How Long Can I Wait to Have MOHs Surgery Done?

It depends on the type of skin cancer.  If a basal cell cancer you can typically wait a few months without any issues.  Other cancer types may be more rapidly growling and waiting may not be advisable
