Does cartilage and a bolster in rhinoplasty make a nose wider and larger in appearance after healing?

Recently had revision rhinoplasty surgery. Cartilage was used to straighten the bridge of my nose and a bolster was used at the tip. I am just 2 weeks post-op and I know I am still swollen but it appears my nose has widened and the tip looks like a ball with no definition. Is. It possible that by adding material to my nose (cartilage, bolster) after the swelling has subsided my nose will in fact be larger than it was before the rhinoplasty?
