Hello, and thank you for your question. Swelling can last for a couple of weeks, so I would recommend waiting a while and then reassessing. Fillers can be dissolved if you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose, and threads will eventually dissolve. Best of luck.

It may be too soon to tell.  Give it at least two weeks to settle.  Filler certainly can be reversed if too much was placed.  Threads cannot be reversed
