Wider nose after hiko thread lift and fillers. Is it swollen or because of too much filler? (Photo)

hi i had a hiko thread lift with fillers this march 19 2018 after the treatment i notice that my nose become more wide that its original structure especially the tip, i dont know if it is swollen that later will go away it also feel hard and still wide on the second day can you please help me reg with this can it be corrected i also notice some bruises and needel mark on the bridge of my nose and tip.
