I found out that I have Graves disease last May 2015, then developed Thyroid Eye Disease a month after( June 2015). Then last December 24, my thyroid hormones are back to normal( The BEST Christmas Gift ever) until now. But my Thyroid eye disease are getting worse. Do I now need to undergo surgery?

I strongly recommend you consult an Ophthalmologist as soon as possible to evaluate why you have unilateral proptosis with an MRI. Ultimately if this is due to infiltrative exophthalmus from Grave's, you will need surgical orbital decompression.
