Used a .5mm derma roller and applied Aloe Vera Gel from The Face Shop and it stung - Did I do something wrong?

I just used a .5mm derma roller and applied aloe vera gel from The Face Shop after a few minutes. As soon as I put the aloe vera gel on my face, my face felt a stinging sensation. Did I do something wrong? Am I not supposed to put aloe vera gel right away?

Hi, Thanks for posting your question here. Derma roller is a good option to control hair fall but under a medical supervision. Treating dandruff is mandatory before any treatment. Meet a board certified dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.
