I do have suffer from Eczema, my dermatologist give me, 0.01 tretinoin gel to help even out darken skin around my mouth area. But the infomation pamphlet and the internet, all say DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ECZEMA. Huh, what, why? Why is tretinoin gel bad for eczema skin. What is the worse thing that could happen? Why is there so much misinformation out there.
