Keloid treatment. (photos)

Broke my arm 2 years ago, had a surgery to put in screw and plates. Keloid soon developed after that. A year after the surgery I went to remove the screw and plates along with excision of keloid. The keloid reoccurred and looks similar to the last one. The scarring starts to shrink in length but increases in width. What can I do to get rid of it completely? What are the best treatment options?

Keloid scar therapy

At this point, I would use a combination of Plato's Scar Serum followed by Kenalog IIT and fractional laser.
