I have recently had a lovely face and neck lift but due to aging, I am experiencing bone resorption in my maxilla causing a sunken look at the base of the nose. I am aware of paranasal implants but would prefer to avoid these as I have bilateral hip replacements and and wish to minimise any possibility of cross infection. Can fillers or Hydroxyapatite replace the role of the paranasal implants and give a natural look? If so, are there any downsides? I have all my own teeth
