What surgery would be better to remove my eyebags? I would prefer no fillers, looking for a more permanent result. (photos)

What treatment do you suggest? I don't want any fillers such restylane, I want permanent results. And what are the prices in the Bay Area?

Treatment for lower eyelid bags

Thank you for your question.  Based on the photos provided, herniation of the lower eyelid fat pads are the cause of the bags.  This can be treated with a lower eyelid blepharoplasty.  See a specialist to learn more and best wishes.

The best surgery to perform for true lower eyelid bags is a lower blepharoplasty (bleph-a-row-plas-tea) using the fat re-positioning technique, which does not remove the bags (an plder hollowing technique) but instead places a portion of the bag into your tear trough (the groove below the bag), thereby providing a smooth contour from your eyelid to your cheek.

Dark Circles, Eyelid Wrinkles/Bags -- Restylane or Belotero, Laser C02/Erbium Resurfacing, Microneedling, Viva/Intensif, Fraxel

These dark circles needs a combination of lasers, fillers/PRP, microneedling, and skin care.  The hollows do best with fillers if you are looking for a noninvasive approach.  Surgery can remove the bags but will not address the hollows unless you reposition the fat.  See an expert for options.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Baggy eyelids

Old fashioned lower blepharoplasties either by a transcutaneous or conjunctival approach should work very well for you.
