Combination of treatments

In this case, Fraxe will not get the job done by itself. I always use combination of treatments to get best results. TCA Cross peel would work in combination with microneedling with growth factors. Good luck!

INFINI over Fraxel.

Agree with Dr Weiner, I personally would use INFINI RF over Fraxel, especially in your skin type. See video on Fraxel laser. My preference would be INFINI and PRP, the setting has to be multilayered for best results. Even with this combination you will require 3-4 sessions for a 50% reduction in pores. Deeper pores I would treat with TCA CROSS. All the best. Dr Davin S. Lim. Brisbane. Australia.

Pore Restoration -- Try Clear + Brilliant + Microneedling/PRP, Skin Care; Fraxel or Intensif work too but have more downtime!

Fraxel can help but often needs to be in combination with peels and skin care.  I suggest a formal consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Acne scarring not responding to Fraxel

These are scars and need Infini for better improvements. Fraxel isn't as effective in my opinion. Other treatments are TCA cross, subcision, PRP.

Acne Scars and Fraxel

It appears from the photos that you need a combination of filler and lasers to best treat these scars.  Please consult a board certified dermatologist who treats a great deal of scars with fillers, subcision and lasers.  Best, Dr. Green
