Hi, how could I fix my smile line so my front teeth could show when I am smiling besides doing lip lift? Can braces or veneers fix this? I don’t have overbite or underbite. Thank you!

Hello!The filling has got discoloured and there could be some leakage around it.You could just get it redone.The dentist will remove your old filling,clean the area if there is any secondary decay and redo your filling.
The short answer is no. Expanding arches affect cheeks so minimally that it is best to consider any change as "no change". Fillers or surgery is the only way to affect cheeks.
