Revision for possible poly beak? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty to remove a dorsal hump a year and a half ago. My doctor detected early on that my nose wasn't healing properly and the cardilage had fallen to the bottom of my nose. There is still a dorsal hump at the tip of my nose and slight drooping. Please estimate revision cost and difficulty based on my pictures.

This situation can be rectified with a closed rhinoplasty without much difficulty.

Find a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties, has great reviews, and has great before and after pictures.
