I got chin and jaw implants to improve my receding chin and weak jawline about 5 years ago, but it's still not great. The orthodontist says I have a cross bite and gummy smile that can't be fixed without orthognathic surgery involving at least the upper and maybe lower jaw. Can I potentially fix everything (chin, jawline, bite, smile) in the one surgery, and will having had the implants earlier complicate / prevent having the surgery ?
