Had orbital floor surgery with plate. One eye higher than other after 2-and-a-half months. Normal?

I believe I had a fracture and not a blowout, but the surgery took place because of trauma to the zygoma. I also have double vision when I look down but my eyes are aligned when I look in the downward position. When I look up the eye with trauma shoots up higher than the other. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
