19 year old female. I'm currently 3 months post op and my tip is noticeably asymmetric. It looks like it's tilted. I never saw any pics taken directly after surgery so have no clue what it looked like then. The doctor's gallery looks amazing so I'm having a hard time believing that he just messed up. When should I start considering a revision/with who? Because I definitely don't feel very confident I can pick a good surgeon after this experience. Please help
Did my surgeon make a mistake? Why is my nose tip like this?

Post Rhinoplasty Concerns
Dear emma, I do see your concerns with your current result however revision rhinoplasty is typically considered when the patient has had a full year of recovery. In the interim, I would speak with your surgeon regarding your concerns. He knows best what your proposed results were, what techniques were used during your procedure and where you are in the recovery phase. See your surgeon often and keep an open line of communication and hopefully he can provide some peace of mind during this recovery process. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
