Yes, it will give you a mild bump in terms of tightening as it stimulates collagen growth. Keep in mind, though, that you will need multiple sessions. Best of luck --

I short, yes it can help with very mild laxity, namely fine wrinkles. It will not be a spectacular improvement. You will need 4-8 sessions, over many months. Genesis works by stimulation of collagen, in turn contracting skin, decreasing wrinkles and improving skin texture (especially redness). All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.

Genesis is a laser treatment that can help with mild skin laxity, by stimulating collagen remodeling and production.  It also can reduce red tones in skin color.  Expectations need to be modest as it is not the strongest laser available.  The upside, it is very safe and can be used on all skin types.  It has no down time and it is not painful.
