What brands of compression bras should I look for?

I'd like to stick with a compression bra. The one I have is from clear point medical. But I can't seem to get it in black in my size. I have one in tan in a 36" B. I am from Ontario, Canada.

Ask your surgeon, as a sports bra might be the better choice.  Best wishes for a successful outcome.

I do not have many patients wear compression bras in most instances.  I usually have them wear a loose fitting sports bra.  Best to ask your doc.

Compression garment following Breast Lift with Implants

Thank you for this wonderful question! I typically will request my patients wear the compression garments I provide for the first four weeks only removing to shower. I have explored many different post-surgical garment companies and have found Marena to offer a wide selection with comfortable yet supportive garments for patient use. The garment is very similar to a sports bra although it adjusts at the shoulders and front closure to provide adequate support and compression and your swelling subsides.

I would suggest following up with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon as he/she may have a preferred garment choice for you. If you have found a garment you would like to switch to I encourage you to present this to your surgeon as well for their opinion. I do hope you have found this information helpful and I wish you luck!

Hello, and thank you for your question. I would have to agree with some of my colleagues here in the ability to ask your plastic surgeon directly for advice in what a good option would be. Often sports bras are as useful if you have made your way along the healing process. Good luck!
