You have two things going on here. First, the teeth alignment could be better. Invisalign or Braces would solve that issue. If you don't want to go thru that, your other option would be porcelain veneers. Second, for your lip I would look into seeing a plastic surgeon. They may be able to improve it using facial fillers or you may elect to do something surgically. Good luck.

The best way to go is with braces, you will align them and also you will have a great result, but yes,you will need at least 1 year and a half to see results, now if you want something to be more fast and to change the way you look, with veneers ,will do a great result and you will love your smile in just a couple of days.
