Thanks for sending your pictures. Your spacing and alignment issues can be eliminated in a few short months using either conventional or clear aligners. Typically we can correct your alignment in about 11-13 months with clear aligners and with conventional  braces typically taking about twice as long. Orthodontic accelerators like the AcceleDent can be used to speed up your treatment time, which can shave off about 50% of that time! Keep in mind that these are just estimated times and you would need a comprehensive examination to determine your status.
