If you front two top teeth need to be replaced, our process is to do a 3D X-ray (CBCT) to see how complicated the extraction would be, how much bone would be remaining once the teeth are extracted, where exactly the implants would be ideally placed using guided surgery and if we could achieve primary fixation of the dental implants so that the dental patient would walk out with fixed temporaries not something removable like a "flipper temporary." This shortens the duration of the whole procedure resulting in the definitive restorations within 3-4 months.
