There are a million insurance plans out there and there is no way for any of us to tell you what kind of coverage you would or could get that works best for you. You will have to do some research and make some calls to find out if implants are covered. If they are covered you will likely pay almost as much in premiums for the policy as the coverage that they provide you. Good luck.
