The header reads “nose augmentation” but you are asking to make it smaller and more refined. Rhinoplasty can address droopy tip, bulbous tip, dorsal hump, hanging columella, and wide nostrils
Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.
The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.
In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge.
With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.
Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing the bridgeridge line, narrowing the tip And shaving down the dorsal hump with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. Rhinoplasty is a difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience. Digital computer imaging be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure. For many before and after results of rhinoplasty and more information, please see the link and the video below
Your photo appears to reveal a wide appearance in the bridge, tip and nostrils. Consider screening rhinoplasty surgeons here on RealSelf for a Boston based surgeon for a consultation. Thank you. Dr Joseph
You want a reduction rhinoplasty to reduce or narrow parts of your nose. Augmentation is to make it larger. There are plenty of rhinoplastic surgeons in New England, many are not in social media. Ask around from people who have had surgery and who look good and what their experience was iike. Then check the surgeons experience and credentials and make an appointment for a consult. See at least 2 or 3 surgeons.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.
Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.
Best wishes and good luck.
