A droopy tip can change significantly over time especially after a revision rhinoplasty.  The edema (swelling) lasts longer after revision rhinoplasty and can easily take up to 1 year to resolve.

It is still early in the healing process and you likely have a lot of swelling in the tip. Best to give it a good year or so.
