7 weeks after a hair transplant, is it then okay to use a scraper every day, on the transplanted hair as well?

Scrapper on recipient area?

Why would you do this?  This will pull out the grafts. Crusts should be washed off initially in the first day or so, and if they last longer, you are stuck with a long waiting period and twice a day washing until they fall off on their own

What is a scraper? Will it damage my grafts 7 weeks after a transplant.

After 7 weeks your grafts are in solid.  About the only thing that might damage them is something that burns the skin, like the sun.  You should also avoid anything that might cause bleeding.  However, micro-needling might be ok.
