Why do some doctors use drains for textured implants while some do not? Does this just come down to technique?

I am getting Natrelle 410s with drains and am wondering why some doctors us drains for this implant and other do not. Is it a matter of technique or does it depend on other factors? I have noticed that the few doctors that don't use drains for 410s seem to have quicker results. It could very well be a flawed observation but it's made me curious to know where the difference comes into play. What are the pros and cons when a doctor decides?
