I'm missing bone & gum tissue around my front teeth because of a poorly executed SARPE surgery. How can I get this fixed?(photo)

This was caused by a surgery I had when I was 19. Surgically Assisted Rapid Pallet Expansion. I'm now 24 years old. This surgery had tragic result as you see in my photo. I'm missing bone all the way to the top of teeth 8 & 9 and gum tissue on one tooth, which is fairly loose. It's really as bad as it can get. The surgeon destroyed my upper jaw. I'm missing bone between my front teeth all the way to the roof of my mouth and my right tooth Is fully exposed and very loose. My upper jaw is basically in two pieces. Periodontist said it's going to be hard to fix and that it will take 3-4 procedures to close the pocket between my teeth. It's not a good idea to just extract my teeth because I'll have an even bigger defect. I need professional advice on my very unique issue.
