I had GBS 4/1/2001. I weighed 329. I dropped down to 223, but have had three children since. I've gained weight back up to 265 and can't seem to lose weight. I don't eat much and don't eat too much sweet foods, but I can gain 5 lbs overnight if I go out to dinner one night with my husband. Do I need to have the surgery redone since it's been so long ago?

The revision by Gastric bypass is usually the option of choice with minimal side effects. The overall side effects after revision in my experience performing these procedure is very rare.
Hello, thanks for your question!Gastric bypass surgery is the most common type of weight-loss surgery. Gastric bypass and other types of weight-loss surgery, collectively known as bariatric surgery, make surgical changes to your stomach and digestive system that limit how much food you can eat...
News flash... your operation involved some minor rerouting of your stomach and intestines. That's all. If you smoke some weed you will get high and may get the munchies. Everything in moderation! Party on!
