My eyebrows were microbladed 10 days ago, my hair is falling off along with the scabs will my hair grow back?

My eyebrows are a grayish color and my hair is falling off.. she admitted to using a lighting cream to lighten my old microbladed eyebrows and opening my skin, she said I was suppose to wait and come back to finish the rest , will my hair grow back and the color change?
