Focal swelling after nose threads, if I remove all the threads will the scar be visible?

1 month ago I did PDO nose threads, and it began to be focal swelling and erythema so I came to the doctor - he ( aesthetic dermatologist )removed the invisible thread (not all). 3 days after removal, other threads began to swell, why ? Should I have all the thread removed ? Or I should go to plastic surgery ? If I want all threads removed, will the scar visible ?

Thank you for your question. PDO threads are very small and often difficult to remove. If there is swelling around the threads and you really want them gone it may be worth trying radio frequency on the are to more or less "melt" or soften the threads. If your dermatologist does try to remove them, he should be able to do it thru a very very tiny entrance point. Please keep in mind if you had PDO threads they are going to go away in 3 to 4 months anyway.

Dear Lightsang
There is a superficial placement of the nose thread at the bump seen and you will need to have a little 18g needle puncture right where the bump is to extricate the problem-causing threads there. You will not need plastic surgery. 
The threads that are well placed and engaged nicely inside otherwise ARE NOT NEEDED to be removed.
