What can I do to make my eyes better? (Photo)

Eyes are different sizes

Asymmetric Eyelids

You might be a good candidate for a blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift. This cosmetic surgery can even out your eyelids by removing saggy or surplus skin. There are other non-invasive ways to make your eyes look better, but eyelid surgery can not only restore symmetry to your eyelids, but also make you appear less tired. Schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options. Best wishes!

Surgical and non-surgical options

Assymetry of eyelids can be addressed surgically by removing excess skin or changing the location of the eyelid crease.  Non-surgical options are also available including dermal fillers or fat transfer to improve the assymetry.  If the texture is an issue, laser can sometimes be helpful.  I recommend you see a board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon for additional recommendations.
