Forehead bump. (photo)

Hi I got a bump some few years ago and recently I visited a doctor who operated on it and realized its a swollen bone. Now the stitches have been removed and I realized I can't really move my eyebrow upward and it is getting swollen which is bad for my facial look

Hematoma induced changes to forehead bone?

Sounds like there are boney metaplastic changes that need to be addressed. This can sometimes result from an old hematoma.
