Tattoo removal and scars? (photos)

Tattoo removal and scarring
Picosure would get the job done in fewer than 16 treatments and there is minimal chance of scarring. This seems like scarring that will not completely fade over time. It might get slightly better. I would advise you to make an appointment with your provider 3 months after your procedure and ask for further assistance with removing scarring. On the other hand, you may consider changing your provider. It seems to me that you will need resurfacing laser to remove scarring. Best of luck!
Scarring from Picosure laser for tattoo removal
This is not supposed to happen with the Picosure. It is "safe" for darker skin and doesn't cause scarring. It is also not supposed to take 16 treatments. These scars will not fade. I think they need treatment with Fraxel or other resurfacing laser. Unfortunately, I don't expect them to improve significantly even with treatment. Hypopigmentation is hard to reverse. I would also start on Retin A and hydroquinone to the area.
