Piece of Skin Torn from Lower Edge of Nostril (Between Nose Tip and Face)--nostrils Are Now Asymmetrical? (photo)

I recently (within week) took a bad fall riding my horse and fractured my nose and wrecked my face. I lacerated the skin on the nose, requiring stitches. I have a patch of skin/tissue missing between the tip of the nose and my cheek, resulting from scraping my nostril on the ground. This turned into a "dead" patch that just sloughed off. Where do I begin treating this? How would I fix the nasal structure (only cartilage broke), and fix the asymmetrical nostrils? I am seeing my ENT next week.
