Just started using Retin-A 0.25% at night and was wondering if it’s okay for me to shave my face in the morning?

Hey! I just started using Retin-A 0.25% and was wondering if it’s okay for me to shave my face in the morning and continue to use Retin-A 0.25% at night? Will that cause any irritation or should I be safe and wait a day or two before continuing my nightly application?

There should not be a problem with shaving your face the morning after using Retin-A the evening prior.  Retin-A can cause some dryness to the skin, so you may want to use a moisturizer during the day.
