Better pictures, hairs miniaturizing? 18F Is this AGA or can it still be TE? (Photo)

I was diagnosed with telogen effluvium but I’m scared it may not be the case. I notice small thin hairs fallling out pretty often. A really nice derm took pictures of my hair through a microscope any of it looks concerning? I’ve been shedding for 2 months on I’m on my third one. I’ve been very stressed and had alot of triggers. Before I shed only long hairs a month ago now small thin hairs too. And the small thin hair happens when I rub the top of my head, on my phone screen, etc
