Right upper wisdom tooth removed a year ago and a piece of bone (maxillary tuberosity) fractured. Should it be repaired?

I had my right upper wisdom tooth removed a year ago and the maxillary tuberosity came out too. Still have dull, aching pain in the right upper mouth and hurts to talk sometimes. Only thing that makes it better is pushing up with finger where the tooth used to be. CT which showed no infection or cracks extending to my sinus. Would replacing the tooth or grafting bone to where it was fractured alleviate this type of pain? It has been a year and it still hurts.
